Exlib is an exercise library and diary which consists of four sections: diary, programs, reports and library. The diary registers your training information, supplements, injuries, body measurements etc. Exercise reports and graphs describe your progress in a given time period. A program composer contains ready-made and user-defined programs. The library section contains over 170 training and stretching exercises. Synchronize with the PDA version.
